Visiting RN Case Management Services (wherever client resides, private home or senior living community). Margo has been working in long term care for over 20 years. Learn about the importance of patient advocacy when navigating healthcare. She will talk about maximizing your medical appointments and the importance of building your own advocacy team.

Jennifer Martyn, Attorney/Guardianship - Law of Jennifer B. Martyn
Licensed for 27 years, Jennifer practices in the areas of elder law and guardianship. She is also
a Guardian ad Litem in DuPage County, making recommendations to the Court in guardianship
and custody disputes. Jennifer will discuss the legal steps to ensure that Powers of Attorney can
be put into place prior to an individual becoming incapacitated or being unable to convey said
directives.

Susan Sinderson, Executive Director - Community Adult Day Center
Susan explores how Adult Day Centers provide a safe, enriching environment that promotes
dignity and independence through structured activities and social connections for seniors.
At the same time, caregivers benefit from essential respite, education, and support,
