Licensed for 27 years, Jennifer practices in the areas of elder law and guardianship. She is also
a Guardian ad Litem in DuPage County, making recommendations to the Court in guardianship
and custody disputes. Jennifer will discuss the legal steps to ensure that Powers of Attorney can
be put into place prior to an individual becoming incapacitated or being unable to convey said
directives.
