Learn how to make pate a choux piped into cream puffs and fill them with a vibrant berry and whipped cream filling inspired by the season's freshest fruits. We’ll explore classic summer berries, talk about what makes them shine in desserts, and show simple techniques you can use at home to create impressive pastries without the fuss.
