Conscious Living Series:
September/October: Live Your Own Life & Stay in Your Lane
Discover a better balance in your life, engaging in the moment, full of meaning, driven by purpose. Invest your time in activities that fill your heart full, that you choose to do, that are worthwhile and make you a better version of yourself. Living life with intention is a state of being where you are present and aware of your presence and how you show up and engage with the world around you.
Aligning your actions and behaviors with your priorities and values is the ultimate goal of an authentic connection with others and the environment around you. Living in alignment means you have integrated your core beliefs into your daily reality. You live with intention, in congruence with your most profound truths. This is the source of our greatest fulfillment and peace of mind. When you live with intention, you are in a state of flow.
“The quality of our commitments will determine the course of your life.” Ralph Marston
Don’t waste this moment of living- don’t drift into unconsciously walking through life. Live with intent and purpose.
October: Life is a set of Choices
Examine yourself and the culture around you. Do you feel supported in your growth and ambitions? Sift through your relationships, experiences, and places. Who, what, where—ask yourself if you are in the right place with the right people doing what you love?2
