SAVE the DATE for the Book Buddies Kick Off "Meet & Greet" Event will be on Friday, November 20th at Next Mex in downtown Lemont from 6 - 7 pm.
Students in K - 5th Grades are welcomed to participate in this year's Book Buddies program sponsored by Lemont High School's National English Honor Society.
LHS Honor students will be paired with a K - 5th Grade students. Participants will read, interact, and win prizes all virtually throughout the school year (November 2020 through May 2021).
This school year's Book Buddies program begins Monday, November 23rd. This is a great opportunity for your child to practice their reading!
Space is limited, so please register your child with a Lemont Public Library Card so we know who would like a buddy this year!
Parents, please register your child(ren) individually and be sure to fill out the custom questions upon registration for your child(ren) wishing to participate in this year's Book Buddies program.
