Experience the adventure of the unique styles and flavors of Mexico and the southwest with experienced BBQ and Grilling enthusiast Dave Fako, owner of Lemont’s Big Ed’s Q Shed. Learn the essentials of BBQ and the unique use of smoked meats for mouthwatering tacos. Designed for those who are just beginning to stoke a fire or more experienced BBQers ready to step-up their Taco-Q. You will learn in an interactive and fun-filled experience!
